How Much Will I Get from the Robitussin Settlement?
Settlement class members who file timely, valid claim forms will each receive an equal share of the settlement fund. According to the settlement website, the estimated payout per claim may be between $1.50 and $4.75, but this amount could change depending on how many claims are filed.
Each settlement class member can file one claim without proof of purchase or up to three claims per household with qualifying proof of purchase for each claim.

When Is the Robitussin Settlement Payout Date?

What Was the Robitussin Lawsuit About, Exactly?
Two Robitussin lawsuits, which were consolidated in June 2022, claimed manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare (now known as Haleon) falsely advertised many of its Robitussin cough medicines as “non-drowsy,” even though they contained dextromethorphan (DXM). According to the class action suits, DXM can be a mild sedative, with “drowsiness” listed as a documented side effect.
As part of the settlement, Haleon has agreed to stop labeling and advertising the covered Robitussin products as “non-drowsy,” the settlement website states.
