How Much Could My Olaplex Settlement Payout Be?
Olaplex settlement class members who file timely, valid claim forms will each receive a $5 voucher for use toward the purchase of an item sold on Olaplex’s website.
The Olaplex settlement voucher, which cannot be redeemed for cash, is good for one purchase and cannot be split across multiple transactions. It can be combined with other offers on Olaplex.com, such as sales or other price reductions, but may not be combined with another promotional code. The settlement voucher will expire 12 months after issuance.

When’s the Olaplex Claim Form Deadline?
The deadline for filing an Olaplex claim form is May 12, 2025.
When Will I Get My Olaplex Settlement Voucher?
Olaplex settlement vouchers will be issued to eligible class members within 60 days after the deal becomes final. Per the settlement site, the deal is estimated to become final around September 12, 2025.
What Was the Olaplex Controversy?
The Olaplex class action lawsuit, filed in April 2024, accused the company of labeling its hair treatment, shampoo and conditioner products with false claims that the items were “Made in the USA” or some derivative of this language. In reality, the hair care products contained several foreign-made ingredients, the Olaplex lawsuit alleged.
According to the complaint, Olaplex “deliberately and illegally” tricked consumers into believing the products were made entirely in the United States for its own economic gain.
