Comment Policy
Here at ClassAction.org, we like to keep things respectful. We encourage your comments, welcome your feedback and are always up for a debate. We realize that things can get heated sometimes, so here are a few things to keep in mind when sharing your side of the story:
No swearing. Plain and simple. If you curse, your comment will be deleted.
No insults/threats/abusive language. This is our website and we’ve worked hard to build it. We don’t want our content to become a source for harassment, insults or abusive language. If you don’t agree with what someone else has to say, that’s okay – but please be respectful.
No off-topic comments. We welcome all viewpoints, but please stay focused and remember to keep it on topic. We want comments to be useful as possible to everyone who uses our site.
No solicitation. If we think that your comment is solely for promotional purposes, we will delete it.
Don't attack us. Disagree with us, discuss the merits (or lack thereof) of any legal action you'd like with us, but don't call us ambulance chasers, scumbags, or any other clever term you have for lawyers. This is our house, and we aren't even lawyers anyway.
We love the feedback our users give us and want to keep our site an open forum for both debate and discussion – but keep in mind that we reserve the right to remove any comment for any reason that we deem appropriate.
