Two lawsuits were filed against Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, LLC—one in March 2020 and one in March 2024—that claimed the company’s C+Collagen skincare products were falsely advertised as containing collagen.

How Much Could My C+Collagen Settlement Payout Be?
Consumers covered by the settlement can submit a claim to receive a $50 cash refund for each C+Collagen product they purchased. Claimants who provide receipts as proof of purchase can claim a $50 cash payment for up to 10 products, while those who do not provide proof of purchase can submit a claim for up to two products.
The C+Collagen settlement website notes that each person’s payment may be either increased or decreased depending on how much money is left in the $9.2 million settlement fund after notice and administration expenses, attorneys’ fees and service awards have been paid.
