The defendant operates a molding and millwork manufacturer based in Georgia where the plaintiff worked as a field service representative, according to the case. The plaintiff claims he “at various times” worked in excess of 40 hours in a workweek without appropriate time-and-a-half overtime pay. Further, the suit charges that the company failed to keep proper payroll records and that its wage violations were willful.
