Edwards v. All-Dry, Inc. et al.
Filed: September 27, 2017 ◆§ 3:17-cv-01313
A lawsuit over allegedly unpaid overtime wages has been filed in Tennessee against waterproofing company All-Dry, Inc.
A Nashville, Tennessee resident has filed a proposed class action that alleges basement waterproofing and foundation repair company All-Dry, Inc. and two individuals with control over its operations failed to pay employees proper overtime wages. The plaintiff, who the case says worked for the defendants for three years until June 2017, claims he typically worked between 55 and 65 hours per week but was not paid time-and-a-half overtime wages until the last few months of his employment, at which time some new employees reportedly complained about not receiving overtime for hours worked over 40 each week.
