A proposed class action lawsuit filed in Texas in mid-March against Sandbox Transportation, LLC has found its way to federal court in Colorado.
According to the complaint, Sandbox Transportation, a logistics company dealing in the delivery of sand to frac sites, has failed to pay employees proper overtime wages for hours worked in excess of 40 each week.
