Two former employees of ETW, LLC (which does business as Boca Veterinary Center) have filed a proposed collective action against the company and an individual owner for allegedly failing to pay them overtime wages.
Two former employees of ETW, LLC (which does business as Boca Veterinary Center) have filed a proposed collective action against the company and an individual owner for allegedly failing to pay them overtime wages. The plaintiffs say they worked at the veterinary clinic as technicians and regularly worked more than 40 hours per week. According to the suit, they were not paid time-and-a-half overtime wages for the weekly hours they worked above 40 and are entitled to recover unpaid wages and liquidated damages.
