National Management Group, Inc. (formerly known as NSG Management Group, Inc.) is facing a lawsuit alongside an individual owner and the operating company of Turnberry Isle Miami. The suit alleges that the defendants failed to pay their employees – maintenance workers at the Turnberry resort – proper overtime wages. The plaintiff says he worked more than 40 hours per week for the defendants and was paid at a fixed weekly rate regardless of how many hours he worked. According to the suit, he is entitled to time-and-a-half overtime compensation for the hours he worked above 40 each week.
