Romero et al v. Rsk Construction, Inc. et al
Filed: August 16, 2018 ◆§ 1:18cv7424
RSK Construction, Real Innovative Construction and the companies’ top executives failed to pay proper overtime wages, a collective action claims.
New York
Ten plaintiffs have put their names on a proposed collective action in which they allege RSK Construction, Real Innovative Construction and the companies’ top executives failed to pay proper overtime wages.
According to the lawsuit, the plaintiffs worked for the defendants as rebar workers from April until June 2018 at a site located at 164 West 74th Street in New York City. Each plaintiff claims he worked roughly 63 hours per week for the defendants without time-and-a-half overtime pay. Further, the men allege the defendants made a practice of deducting $500 from their wages without explanation. Some of the plaintiffs additionally claim they’re owed wages for hours of work that simply went unpaid by the defendants.
