Filed: July 13, 2017 ◆§ 1:17-cv-22615-MGC
Stronghealth Network, PLLC and an individual owner are facing a proposed collective action that claims they failed to pay their employees overtime wages in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Stronghealth Network, PLLC and an individual owner are facing a proposed collective action that claims they failed to pay their employees overtime wages in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The plaintiff says she worked for the defendants as a medical technician and never received overtime wages for the hours she worked above 40 each week. The suit claims Stronghealth’s “company-wide policy” of denying overtime wages is illegal under federal law and that proposed class members are entitled to unpaid wages and damages.
