According to the complaint, the plaintiff began working for the defendants as a driver in June 2015 and has worked as a dispatcher since June 2017. The man claims he’s put in between 50 and 65 hours each week and was paid the same hourly rate for all time worked, including for overtime hours that should have been compensated at a time-and-a-half rate.
