Packard v. Steakhouse Express, Inc. et al.
Filed: September 29, 2017 ◆§ 1:17-cv-03815-AT
A former employee of three Pig-N-Chik restaurants has filed suit against the restaurants’ operating companies and two individual owners over claims that they failed to pay her proper wages.
Georgia
A former employee of three Pig-N-Chik restaurants has filed suit against the restaurants’ operating companies – Steakhouse Express, Inc., Pig-N-Chik Express, Inc., and PNC Enterprises, Inc. – and two individual owners over claims that they failed to pay her proper overtime wages. The plaintiff says she received separate paychecks for each of the three restaurant locations and claims that even though she often worked a total of more than 40 hours per week, the defendants failed to pay her proper overtime wages because her hours were split between three checks.
