Woldman v. Americolor, Llc et al
Filed: February 14, 2018 ◆§ 3:18cv151
A lawsuit alleges AmericColor failed to pay a prepress operator time-and-a-half overtime even though the employee worked an average of 65 hours per week.
AmeriColor, LLC and three individuals who run the commercial printing company find themselves as defendants in a proposed collective action from which the plaintiff looks to recover allegedly unpaid overtime wages. The plaintiff, who worked for the defendants as a prepress operator from October 2009 through May 2017, claims he worked an average of 65 hours per week without being paid rightful time-and-a-half overtime.
The case seeks to cover all employees, including prepress operators, designers, pressmen, binders and shippers, who’ve worked for the defendants within the last three years.
