California
Prime Flight Aviation Services, Inc. and PrimeFlight of DE, Inc. have been named as defendants in a proposed class action in which a former employee claims she is owed unpaid wages.
The suit, which was removed in late August to federal court, alleges the defendants owe the woman thousands of dollars in docked pay for meal and rest breaks that she was not allowed to take. Additionally, the woman claims she has yet to receive all due wages since leaving the company and was given inaccurate wage statements throughout her employment.
