Painting Firm LLC and two individuals with control over the business are facing a lawsuit in which the plaintiff claims he worked an average of 55 hours per week between February 2015 and November 2017 without proper overtime wages. The lawsuit argues the defendants’ alleged non-payment of time-and-a-half overtime wages violates the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
