Diggs v. Ovation Credit Services, Inc. et al
Filed: March 16, 2018 ◆§ 3:18cv367
A former inside sales rep claims he was not paid time-and-a-half wages for hours worked past 40 each week.
A former employee has filed a lawsuit against Ovation Credit Services, Inc. and its owner and vice president to recover allegedly unpaid wages. The plaintiff, who worked as an inside sales representative from August 2016 until April 2017, alleges the defendants failed to pay him time-and-a-half hourly wages for all hours worked past 40, as required under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The case further claims the defendants’ alleged non-payment of overtime wages sunk the plaintiff’s regular hourly pay below the federal minimum.
