A lawsuit against Brooklyn's Randhawa Clothing, operating as Woodstack, claims the company owes one ex-employee more than $66,500 in unpaid wages.

A proposed collective action alleges the companies and individuals that run Brooklyn, New York’s Randhawa Clothing, which conducts business as Woodstack, failed to pay employees proper overtime wages. The plaintiff charges the defendants have violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) by engaging in a policy and practice of not only failing to pay time-and-a-half overtime, but of deleting hours worked by employees from time records. Even further, the plaintiff asserts the defendants failed to provide employees with mandatory wage information.
The case notes the plaintiff, who worked for the defendants from January 2012 through May 2016, allegedly worked six or seven days per week, totaling between 54 and 64 hours per week, without proper compensation. According to the complaint’s estimate, the defendants owe the plaintiff more than $66,750.
