New York
Larino Masonry Inc., L and G Masonry Corp., D and G Masonry Corp., and two individuals are on the receiving end of a proposed class action lawsuit filed by 19 former employees who claim the defendants failed to pay them proper overtime wages and provide them with accurate wage documents. The plaintiffs allegedly worked for the defendants as workers and masons for more than 40 hours per week and did not receive time-and-a-half overtime compensation. They further claim that their employers neglected to provide them with wage notices in their primary language of Spanish and weekly wage statements that recorded their actual hours and rates of pay.
