New York
Two lead plaintiffs have filed a proposed collective action in New York against Guru Nanak Auto Parts Inc., Guru Nanak Auto Imports Inc., Krish Auto Parts Inc. and three individuals who run the companies over allegations of unpaid overtime. The plaintiffs, who, the case says, are currently employed doing stocking and delivery work by the defendants, allege they’ve worked roughly 63 hours per week during their tenures without being paid time-and-a-half overtime wages for all hours worked past 40. Moreover, one plaintiff claims he has not been paid for two entire workweeks during his time working for the defendants.
