Arkansas
TMT Little Rock, Inc. and the company’s owner are defendants in a proposed collective and class action lawsuit filed over alleged overtime violations.
The plaintiff put in over 40 hours each week working as an hourly paid mover for the company, according to the suit. The man claims the defendants paid him only for hours spent assisting customers and not for travel time between clients or work performed at the company’s yard. The case says this policy regularly resulted in unpaid overtime wages.
