Goussen v. Mendez Fuel Holdings Llc et al
Filed: January 2, 2018 ◆§ 1:18cv20012
A lawsuit claims gas station operator Mendez Fuel Holdings failed to pay proper minimum and overtime wages within the last three years.
Mendez Fuel Holdings LLC and its namesake are the defendants in a former employee’s lawsuit in which the individual claims the parties failed to pay mandatory minimum and overtime wages within the last three years. The plaintiff, who the case says worked at the defendants’ Miami gas station as a cashier, cook and customer service representative from March 2014 through December 2017, alleges he worked an average of 62.5 hours per week during that timeframe without being paid time-and-a-half overtime wages.
