A lawsuit filed in Florida claims MRC Express owes medicine delivery driver time-and-a-half overtime.
A Florida woman employed as a medicine delivery driver by MRC Express, Inc. since 2004 has filed a proposed class action against the company stemming from allegedly unpaid overtime wages. The lawsuit alleges the plaintiff throughout her employment has worked an average of 66 hours per week without being paid time-and-a-half overtime for all hours worked past 40 each workweek. The complaint cites supposed violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
