Two Nassau County, New York residents are the named plaintiffs in a proposed collective action that alleges restaurant Matteos of Bellmore, Inc. and its three owners are responsible for the non-payment of spread-of-hours and time-and-a-half overtime wages. The plaintiff claim that, despite working upward of 60 hours each week, they were only paid wages for a little more than 40 hours of work time.
