Heinz v. Infusion Software Inc. et al.
Filed: September 5, 2017 ◆§ 2:17-cv-03008-JJT
A former Infusion Software call center salesperson claims the company and certain individuals with control of the business owe unpaid OT for off-the-clock work.
An individual formerly employed as a call center salesperson by Infusion Software Inc. has sued the company and five married couples with control of the business over alleged wage and hour violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The plaintiff, who worked for Infusion from July 2016 through July 2017, claims he and similarly situated employees “often and at the request of the defendants” worked in excess of 40 hours per week without being paid time-and-a-half hourly overtime. The case further claims the defendants never tracked the work hours of the plaintiff or other sales workers.
