BH Management Services, LLC and an individual with control of the business have been named as defendants in a lawsuit filed by a former employee who claims he is owed unpaid wages. According to the complaint, the man worked for the defendants between January 2004 and December 2017 as a laborer and regularly put in more than 40 hours of work per week. He says the defendants failed to pay him time-and-a-half premium wages for the hours he worked above 40 and claims they have withheld approximately 45 hours of his paid time off.
The suit was recently removed from circuit court to the District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
