A lawsuit has been filed against United States Beef Corporation, which the suit says operates over 350 Arby’s restaurants, over its alleged failure to properly calculate employees’ overtime wages. The complaint, filed by an assistant manager, claims the defendant neglected to account for workers’ bonuses in their regular rates when determining time-and-a-half overtime rates. As a result, the plaintiff says, he and similarly situated employees were denied their rightful wages for all the hours they worked above 40 each week.
