Military Systems Group, Inc. is facing a former employee’s claims that the defendant failed to pay him proper overtime wages. The plaintiff says he worked for the weapons mounting company as a non-exempt machine operator and put in more than 40 hours of work per week. Between September 16, 2016 and September 15, 2017, the defendant neglected to pay the man time-and-a-half premium wages for his overtime hours, according to the complaint.
Defendant intentionally sought to manipulate its so called [sic] workweek in order to deny Plaintiff overtime premiums it knows were due to Plaintiff under the [Fair Labor Standards Act].”
