Water Transfer Solutions, LLC is facing a proposed class and collective action from a former employee who takes issue with the oil and gas company’s pay practices. The plaintiff, who worked in “traffic control,” says he was scheduled for 12-hour shifts for as many as seven days per week and was paid a day-rate regardless of the number of hours he worked.
