30 Minute Oil Change LLC and two individual owners are facing a proposed class action filed by a former employee who claims he is owed unpaid wages. The plaintiff says he worked for the defendant’s oil change service as an auto part buyer and transporter, and regularly put in more than 40 hours of work per week without receiving appropriate overtime wages. He further argues that the defendant failed to accurately keep track of his time and, as a result, neglected to compensate him for all the hours he worked.
