A former employee of J. Mike Guitard Painting, Inc. has filed suit against the company over claims that it failed to pay him and similarly situated employees proper overtime wages. The man, who was employed as a painter, says he regularly worked more than 40 hours per week without receiving time-and-a-half overtime pay for the hours he worked above 40.
