Interamerican Medical Center Group, LLC is on the receiving end of a proposed class action lawsuit accusing it of failing to pay employees proper wages. The plaintiff in the case says he worked as a driver for the defendant’s medical clinic between May and October 2017. Though he allegedly worked over 47 hours per week, the man claims he was typically not paid time-and-a-half overtime wages for the hours he worked above 40 each week.
