Last Updated on May 8, 2018
McNamara v. Infusion Software Inc. et al.
Filed: October 31, 2017 ◆§ 2:17-cv-04026-SPL
Another collective action claims Infusion Software Inc. has not paid call center workers in Arizona proper overtime wages.
Infusion Software Inc. (Infusionsoft) and its chief officers are the defendants in another proposed collective action that alleges call center employees were not paid proper overtime. The plaintiff, who was employed by Infusionsoft from November 2014 through January 2016, claims she and others proposed collective members worked more than 40 hours per week often at the request of the defendants without time-and-a-half hourly overtime. The case alleges the defendants’ non-payment of overtime is part of a widespread pattern and practice of violating Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) provisions.
