A Fair Labor Standards Act complaint details 10 plaintiffs' allegations that High Tech Rail and Fence failed to pay time-and-a-have overtime wages.
Alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) are the focus of a proposed collective action filed in Georgia against High Tech Rail and Fence, LLC and two individuals. Ten named plaintiffs—installers and one supervisor—allege the Newnan-headquartered residential and commercial construction outfit has failed to pay mandatory time-and-a-half overtime wages for all hours worked in excess of 40 each week, particularly within the last three years.
