547 Lenox Bar-B-Q-Rest. Corp. and two individual owners are facing a proposed collective action that alleges they violated various provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and New York state law. The plaintiff says he was employed as a dishwasher by the defendants, who do business as Harlem Bar-B-Q, between approximately February 26, 2016 and August 25, 2017. He claims they failed to pay him proper minimum, overtime, and spread-of-hours wages and neglected to provide him with required wage notices and statements.
