A former patient transporter claims Great Mobility, Inc. owes unpaid time-and-a-half overtime wages.
Medical transportation company Great Mobility, Inc. and one individual are the defendants in a proposed class action seeking to recover allegedly unpaid overtime wages. Filed by a former patient transporter employed by the defendant for roughly four months in 2015, the lawsuit claims the man worked an average of 63 hours per week during that time but was never paid for any hours worked over 40 each workweek. Attached to the complaint is a letter from the Department of Labor stating the plaintiff is owed $2,828.20 in unpaid overtime.
