New York’s Glamour Night Club Inc. and Connecticut’s Pacific Station, Inc. are the defendants in a proposed collective action filed by two plaintiffs who say they’re owed unpaid wages.
The case says the plaintiffs worked for the defendants handling dishwashing, barbacking, serving and general kitchen duties between March 2015 and January 2016. One man claims he worked roughly 92 hours per week, while the other claims he put in around 84 hours per week, without time-and-a-half overtime wages for every hour worked past 40. Moreover, one plaintiff alleges the defendants never paid him for his final two weeks of work. The complaint describes the defendants’ alleged Fair Labor Standards Act-violation conduct as “widespread, repeated, and consistent.”
