Rolling Frito-Lay Sales, L.P. is the defendant in a proposed class action filed by two plaintiffs who allege they’re owed unpaid time-and-a-half overtime dating back three years. The plaintiffs, who worked for the defendant as route sales associates, claim they worked at least 60 hours per week and were paid for some overtime hours, but not at the mandatory rate of one and one-half times their regular hourly rate of pay. The men further claim they were required to submit false time records that “understated the true number of hours worked each week” while working off the clock for no extra compensation.
