XL Health Partners and two individuals with control of the business are facing a former employee’s claims that the parties failed to pay him overtime wages.
XL Health Partners and two individuals with control of the business are facing a former employee’s claims that the parties failed to pay him overtime wages. According to the three-page complaint, the plaintiff worked for the defendants between June and October 2016 and was paid $55.00 per hour for all hours worked, which was increased to $56.00 per hour in August 2016. He argues that he is owed approximately $4,013.00 in unpaid overtime wages for hours he worked above 40 each week.
