Filed: March 14, 2018 ◆§ 5:18cv441
The company that runs the Bridgeport, CT buffet restaurant allegedly failed to pay a former cashier for 74 hours of work each week.
Yang Family Group, Inc., which does business as Bridgeport, Connecticut buffet restaurant Teppanyaki, and four individuals are facing a proposed collective action in which the plaintiff claims she’s owed unpaid overtime wages.
