A former server at Sea Hags Bar and Grill has filed suit against the restaurant’s operating company and individual owner seeking to recover allegedly unpaid wages.
A former server at Sea Hags Bar and Grill has filed suit against the restaurant’s operating company and individual owner seeking to recover allegedly unpaid wages. According to the complaint, the defendants failed to pay the plaintiff at least the federal minimum hourly wage for all hours worked between July 2013 and October 2017. The lawsuit further claims the restaurant neglected its duty to keep accurate records of employees’ hours worked.
