Filed: February 8, 2018 ◆§ 8:18cv322
Santo Coyote, Inc. and an individual with control of the business are facing the claims of two former employees who worked at the defendants’ restaurant as servers.
Santo Coyote, Inc. and an individual with control of the business are facing the claims of two former employees who worked at the defendants’ restaurant as servers. In a proposed collective action, the women allege that they often worked more than 40 hours per week but were not provided with time-and-a-half overtime wages, or even the minimum wage, for their hours. The suit attests that the defendants failed to accurately record employees’ hours and never supplied wage statements that detailed their time worked and pay rates.
