A former Dynamic Medical Services, Inc. administrator has filed a lawsuit against the company in which she claims she was paid no wages at all for four months.
The plaintiff, who was employed by the defendants from November 1995 to July 2018, claims that she worked an average of 47 hours each week from April through July 2018 without any compensation, much less time-and-a-half overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 every week. According to the complaint, the defendants breached their verbal contract in which they agreed to pay the plaintiff an average hourly rate of $16.49. The plaintiff’s lack of compensation constitutes a violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the suit argues.
