Filed: July 27, 2017 ◆§ 1:17-cv-22835-DPG
A former cashier and cafeteria worker claims N.H. Inc. owes unpaid overtime wages.
A woman who worked as a cashier and cafeteria employee for N.H. Inc.’s Meridian Food Market has filed a proposed class action against the company and its owners to recover allegedly unpaid overtime. The plaintiff, who the case says worked for the defendants from August 2015 through November 2016, claims she worked 46.5 hours per week without being paid time-and-a-half hourly wages for all hours worked past 40. The lawsuit cites alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
