Filed: April 11, 2018 ◆§ 0:18cv60774
Sal’s Italian Ristorante, Inc., Golu Dining LLC, and an individual owner are facing a former employee’s claims that they failed to pay proper overtime wages.
Sal’s Italian Ristorante, Inc., Golu Dining LLC, and an individual owner are facing a former employee’s claims that the defendants didn’t pay him premium wages for all his overtime hours. The man allegedly worked at the defendants’ business as a pizza maker and assistant manager and regularly put in 60 hours of work per week. He argues that he was paid $11.00 per hour for his straight-time hours and received $16.50 for “some but not all” overtime hours.
“Specifically,” the complaint attests, “each pay period (on average), the Corporate Defendants failed to pay Plaintiff between 3-4 hours of overtime.”
The plaintiff claims he is owed approximately $726.00 in allegedly unpaid wages.
