The plaintiff claims he handled maintenance work for an average of 42.5 hours per week for the defendants from May 2017 through June 2018 without being paid proper time-and-a-half overtime wages for every weekly hour worked past 40. The complaint cites alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
