A lawsuit has been filed against Everyday Beauty Amore alleging that the cosmetics and beauty supply outlet violated the Fair Labor Standards Act.
A lawsuit has been filed against Everyday Beauty Amore alleging that the cosmetics and beauty supply outlet violated the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as New York labor laws. According to the complaint, the store failed to pay employees proper minimum wage and overtime pay. The suit is being brought on behalf of all non-exempt employees who were employed by the store within the last six years and seeks compensation for unpaid minimum and overtime wages, liquidated damages, attorneys’ fees and damages for retaliation against the plaintiffs.
