Extreme Security Group, Inc and two individuals with control over the business are facing claims that they failed to pay proper time-and-a-half overtime.
Extreme Security Group Inc. and two individuals with day-to-day control over the company are the defendants in a proposed class action seeking to recover allegedly unpaid overtime wages. The plaintiff, who began working for the defendants in September 2013, claims he’s worked an average of between 62 and 70 hours per week for $8 per hour without being paid time-and-a-half wages hours worked past 40 each week. The complaint cites possible violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
