A former employee claims in a lawsuit that he worked an average of 63 hours per week without time-and-a-half overtime.
Florida
In a proposed class action filed in Florida, a former employee of All Green USA Lawn & Maintenance, Inc. claims the company and a director of the business failed to pay required overtime wages. The former landscaper who filed the complaint, who worked for the defendants from October 2016 through June 2017, says he put in an average of 63 hours per week for which All Green “willfully and intentionally” did not pay time-and-a-half overtime. The lawsuit cites potential violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
