Three employees seeking allegedly unpaid wages have filed suit against Driveline Retail Merchandising, Inc.
The complaint alleges the retail merchandising company maintains a “commonly applied practice” of not paying the plaintiffs and similarly situated employees—master merchandisers, merchandisers, field associates, and field merchandisers—for all time worked.
